The Problem

What they asked for
We have limited time and want easy software that can help with planning, new ideas with resources making it easy. A calendar would also be good and anything that reduces repetitive admin. Also we don’t want to be desk bound as this takes us away from residents.
We built
Our software works on a tablet that can be taken anywhere, is really easy to use and shares ideas and resources. We are working on better resources and believe the software will buy back time that can then be used to be with residents.

What they asked for
We are under pressure to show creative activities and positive outcomes. It would be good to be able to see what the plan is at a glance rather than looking over folders, whiteboards, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and what’s in people’s heads.
We built
A dashboard & calendar showing the plan. A tracker showing engagement and if the participants liked the activity. A portal to show activities in words and pictures for residents is in development.

As an owner I wanted software to help the activities & Kitchen teams. These are roles that are fairly isolated and I wanted the teams to feel more connected and to have software designed to help with their particular needs.
For myself I wanted to see what was happening at a glance, get data for engagement and value.

The dashboard allows what is planned to be viewed easily across all homes. We’re working on meaningful data sets, costing schedules and sharing portals.
